With the second week of practice in the books, things are starting to take shape for the Southern Utah football team, as it prepares for the 2013 season.
Though there is still plenty of healthy competition, and talent vying for a spot on the starting roster, some hopefuls are beginning to emerge as serious contenders and bringing clarity to what the team will look like in the season opener Aug. 29 at South Alabama.
