South Dakota: Starr named to preseason MVFC team

VERMILLION, S.D.--University of South Dakota senior linebacker Tyler Starr was named to the 2013 Missouri Valley Football Conference Preseason Team announced Monday by the league office. Starr was an All-MVFC linebacker as a junior last season.
