Houston Baptist football coach Vic Shealy compared starting up his program to raising a child Wednesday at the Southland Conference’s football media day.
In that vein, Shealy, who has been on the job since April 2012, will guide his team into adolescence this fall when HBU plays a seven-game schedule in its first season of competition.
