VERMILLION, S.D.--University of South Dakota senior linebacker Tyler Starr was named to The Sports Network FCS Preseason All-America Team Monday. Starr is a second-team defense pick on a list that includes 17 players from the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC).
