Western Carolina today announced the kickoff times for its five home dates in the 2013 season, the second under head football coach Mark Speir. WCU's home slate features five mid-afternoon start times at E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field with the game against Wofford on Oct. 19 to be broadcast on ESPN3.
