I wouldn't mind it if they had a lighter color (maybe). I think the idea of having your field in your color is kind of cool in a way, but it is kind of distracting in Boise.

I like the idea kind of like a different shade of felt on a pool table, but you'd have to be very careful with it, and Boise State was not quite careful enough (or they had the wrong colors to begin with. Orange would have been worse).

I watched the entire game (flipping back and forth between that and the Pittsburgh/Miami game), and came away with one overwhelming impression:

The Pac-10 SUCKS!!!

With the performance by the conference in general from last Saturday still fresh in everyone's minds, OSU goes out and lays a frigging egg against a supposed "mid-major" in I-A land. I tell you, outside of USC and possibly Oregon, the Pac-10 is a joke. It ought to be the Pac-2. They should be embarrassed.... :o :o :o :o

Not to discredit you because OSU purely sucked tonight...but Boise State is somewhat of a decent team. Let's just be real about it though...the best football is in the south.:D

Oh, I know that BSU always fields a good team, and the announcers were even commenting that when they go 9-4, it's considered a disaster (much like the Griz), so I'm not even sure I expected OSU to WIN the game, but to be embarrassed like they were, certainly doesn't speak well for them or the Pac-10 in general. Using that game and the EWU-OSU game as barometers, should we think that BSU would put up 100 on EWU? God, I hope not.... :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
