The College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) recently announced its watch list for the 2013 CFPA Football Championship Subdivision Linebacker Award and Bucknell's Evan Byers earned a spot on the list, which includes 35 returning performers vying for the top individual defensive end and defensive tackle awards in FCS.
