Portland State has added a 12th game to its 2013 football schedule as the Vikings will host Eastern Oregon University in a season-opener on Aug. 29 at JELD-WEN Field. The game between the Vikings and the Mountaineers will be a Thursday night contest, kicking off at 7:05 p.m.
