BALTIMORE, Md. - The Morgan State offense was a 31-24 winner over the defense in the 2013 Football Spring Game played at Hughes Stadium on a glorious Sunday afternoon. The final score came down to a 45-yard touchdown pass by Seth Higgins to Tubotein Taylor, giving the offense its final points in a contest that was scored using a modified scoring system that awarded points to the defense.
