Delaware State University has announced that each of its four 2013 home football contests will start at 2:00 p.m. at Alumni Stadium. The first home game of the 2013 season is Oct. 5 against defending Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) champion Bethune-Cookman.
