Prairie View A&M head football coach Heishma Northern filled a key position on his coaching staff with the hiring of Charles McMillian as the team's defensive coordinator. McMillian brings with him a wealth of experience on the defensive side of the ball as a former assistant in the Big 12, Big Ten, Mountain West and Conference USA.
