ST. LOUIS — The commissioner of the Missouri Valley Conference says he would rather have the tournament title game televised on the Food Network if CBS can’t guarantee it will televise the entire game nationally.

It kind of sucks when a "mid-major" conference is in the same general market as one of the power conferences and they can't even watch the entire game.

Food Network! I'd give the commissioner rep points if I could. That is a great rip. I guess I'll have to rep you for finding it!

Absolutely no excuse for that gaff. They should show the end of a game, the beginning is no big deal.

Reminds me of the "Heidi" game between the Jets and the Raiders decades ago.

Eh if it were the actual Creighton and Wichita State markets I might be a bit upset..but "hundreds" of irate calls? I doubt that.

Either way, a slap in the face to the MVC

That's a bunch of garbage. The start of the Big 10 game is no excuse to cut out the end of a championship game. Are people really going to miss much in the first few minutes of the game? Stupid CBS!!
