Can Someone Explain CSTV?

I checked the CSTV website for a listing of local affiliates that carry the games. I could not find any such listing. I always assumed, I guess, that CSTV was some sort of a cable based "network" that is part of the 105 or whatever channels that are available in most major metropolitan areas.

What is it? How does it work? How do you find the game on your TV if you are in, let's say, DC or Phoenix?

It's its own network. It's owned by CBS, but there's no CBS influence like there is with ESPN-ABC.

It's available with sports packages on cable and satellite - I'm getting it with the fox college sports stations and a few others for 5 or 10 bucks a month through comcast cable
