PHOENIX, Ariz. – Northern Arizona football fullback Jake Hess will join Arizona State linebacker Brandon Johnson headlining the 2013 NFF Scholar Athlete Class by the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the National Football Foundation at the 32nd Annual Chapter Awards Banquet, March 2, 2013, at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort.
