SHREVEPORT – Northwestern State director of athletics Greg Burke has been chosen as the 2013 recipient of the “Contribution to Amateur Football Award” from the north Louisiana chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, to be presented during the S.M. McNaughton Chapter's annual Scholar-Athletes Dinner on Feb. 28 at East Ridge Country Club.
