This game will be called "Texas vs. the Nation". I saw where they already have a scouting service picking rosters for them in an article that I could post if anyone wants to read for more info besides what is here. This is good so we now have the magnolia gridiron classic, LVAAC, this one, Shrine, Hula, and Senior Bowls. That does not include the two D2 all-star games and the D3 game. That is 6 total that Division 1 players can play in. Looks like good news!

I had not seen that story yet. I saw another one that was longer. It was talking about the scouting service they were working with and also had quotes from some of the people running the game.

Yes you are right on the Las Vegas guess. I sure hope this new game goes off well. I think they should be able to get a lot of talented players in it. This one seems to be well thought out.

1. With all the other premiere all-star games like the Senior Bowl, they will have a hard time getting top notch talent because after the all-star games comes the NFL combine and players won't play in too many start up all-star games and risk injury before the combine.. .

2. Even if they manage to get the top talent from across the country, the texas team will get smoked! SOME texas people have always had this inflated ego about their homegrown talent, but if they get the best from around the country againest the best from texas, it won't be pretty.

Why was this moved to the other sports section???? It's about college football all-star games. That does include I-AA//

Another example of over monitoring on the board.. Stop being so anal!
