SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - A celebration of life service to honor Northern Arizona University assistant football coach and former NFL quarterback Jeff Lewis will be held on January 19 at 11 a.m. at Christ’s Church of the Valley’s Scottsdale Campus. Lewis passed away on Jan. 5 in Phoenix.
