BOSTON – UNH head football coach Sean McDonnell has been recognized as the New England Division I Football Head Coach of the Year by the Gridiron Club of Greater Boston. McDonnell, who earns the award for the fourth time in his career, was honored at Thursday night’s annual Bob Whelan College Football Awards Night at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Mass.
