I highly doubt NDSU goes undefeated next year in the Valley. Although it would be a sweet treat if we did. I'm not 100% sure which game we will lose, but it will be a home regular season game. Just like the last 2 years. We will also be wearing our Greens.

I love the gold jersey's, but I would be a fan of only wearing them in the playoffs. Esp if the NCAA would waiver us to wear them on the road. I don't understand why both teams can't wear home colors at the Natty so long as they don't conflict. NDSU in gold and SHSU in orange wouldn't have caused any problems.

P.s. you have two teams winning the same game 41-39 as a conference against ourselves.

Fixed. Also when I mean wearing the Greens, I mean our loss will come at home in them, for the third straight year.

So by everyone's picks so far it looks to be another long season for the Yotes and their "danger dome". It will be another MVFC title year for NDSU. As for where everyone will end up I agree with 26.

Nah, I don't see that happening unless Allen is gone. He seems to be spinning his wheels at MSU right now, and I think there's just too much talent ahead of them for the Bears to make a significant jump in the standings.

Zenner will probably have something like 30 carries for about 190 yards and 3-4 TDs unless UND's defense gets a whole lot better for the '13 season.

A whole lot better, slim chance, what were they 106 out of 121 or something in the FCS i believe, they are horrid defensively. Zenner will abuse them.

I don't think it will do much good against NDSU...The Bison play very well on the road and have not a lost an away game since EWU in December of 2010. Not to mention, at least of CAS will be green and gold.

And before anyone comes back and says the natural grass track will make a difference, it won't, as NDSU hasn't loss on grass since '09.

It should be a sellout crowd or damn close to it (I believe its the Potato Bowl) plus a familiar foe should pack the building. UND's defense was horrid but also stopped teams when they needed too (SUU, Montana). It may not be the defense that is spotlighted in this game its UND's offense...Hendrickson and Hanson are gone so you have two Redshirted Freshmen at QB. UND will test them against Valpo before the Jacks come into the Alerus Center. I just hope history is on UND's side in this game (SDSU doesn't do well in Grand Forks). Last Jacks win in Grand Forks was 1989. Only game in the Alerus Center 2001: UND 44 SDSU 9. Again I am hoping (and praying) history is on our side.

Delusions of grandeur already for Darell...Since the Whioux won't play the Bison, we're sending those wascaly wabbits up there to handle our "lite" work.

Just to clarify.. Never said SDSU will beat NDSU because they play at Coughlin. What I was going for was that SDSU has multiple teams projected to be tough at home in 2013---- which is never a negative.

Sorry, just no. SDSU actually does have a defense. I can't wait to see your "amazing" offense against SDSU. You will be losing. I promise. This isn't an NDSU fan talking, this is coming from a Valley fan.

I tend to agree. SDSU's defense was pretty good last year and should be just as good or better this coming year.

I never said we had an amazing offense (at least not when we lost our powerful QB's). I said the defense may not be the story its what our offense can or can't do this season with a RFr at QB. We have good receivers they are all back, its getting them the ball will be the question. We will come back to your promise on Sept 7th to see if UND loses or not.
