Former Furman FB Jerome Felton was named a starter for the NFC today. I know there are more former FCS'ers named to the team(s) today. Who??

looks like Robert Mathis from Alabama AM is the only other one. Jacoby Jones is the only d2 player on the roster it appears

Congratulations are in order for Jerome Felton. Nice for him to get recognition as the fellow paving the way for Adrian Peterson's monster year.

ESPN notes that Minnesota is averaging 3.6 ypc in single back formations, and 7.7 ypc in two back formations. Pretty indicative of Felton's value, I think.

I don't think Charles Haley made the Pro Bowl this year.

GSU(C)'s Fred Stokes was an all-pro at OL if I'm not mistaken. The more long-time fans like blueballs know more about that, though.

I may be wrong, but I think that the thread was intended to be "former FCS players that were voted to the All-Pro team this week"

Pro Bowl and All-Pro are two completely different honors

Felton had a nice game yesterday against the Packers.

Fullbacks don't get the press as the stars, but check out Felton's block on Ponder's bootleg touchdown pass to Peterson. Completely took out the only Packer defender that could have made a play (http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap2000000119518/Peterson-2-yard-touchdown-catch)
