Consistently, The Advocate newspaper here in Baton Rouge does one of the better jobs in the state of covering I-AA sports thanks, in part, to Southern University being located here in the city. But I have sound that the paper does a better job of covering the I-AA teams close to New Orleans better than the Times-Picayune newspaper located in New Orleans.
That being said, The Advocate released its 2006 Football Preview today with articles about every college team in the state (I-A, I-AA and D-III) as well as the Saints and most of the high schools districts in the state. Below are links to each of the stories related to I-AA teams:
