I was wondering if anyone knows of any FCS schools that are still looking for games for the 2013 season.

Illinois State has 1 opening on either 9/7 or 9/21

Have your AD throw a rock. He'll hit an FCS school still looking for games for the 2013 season.

Georgetown may have as many as three open dates (hard to get some teams to play in DC for previous stated reasons...) but I would suspect Normal is not in the travel budget.

So close to finishing work on my basketball scoreboards... Once done, I'll get some sort of 2013 schedule up there.

While I'm at it, should I add something in there to differentiate between "tentative" and "announced"? Does it matter?

ODU needs two more to make it 12 for the season, one may be announced in the next couple of weeks but the twelfth game is open I think.

I think UCA is looking for a 12th game. With so many road games though I think they just might write the season off and play a pay game. xlolx

App is likely still looking for 2 and at least 1 and probably both would need to be home games based on 2 OOC away games already confirmed.

How many PL schools are playing 12 games next year? Lehigh is not...

God I hope that doesn't stay that way. Sorry, not a big fan of the "How many NEC teams can we play?" slate.

So the list so far:

Liberty
ODU
UCA
UC-Davis
Appy State
Jax State

Anyone else?

My fear is Illinois State is gonna go the Non-DI route if they don't find someone soon.

I think Jax State would be a great 12th game for Wofford.

UC Davis has 9/7, 9/21 and 11/9. Already has 6 away games, so needs one or two home games.

Unnecessary shot right there. There is zero indication that Montana would buy this game out. Not to mention, Montana has already announced their schedule for 13, and it has a 6/6 home/away game split, so there's no reason they would get out of it.

There has been discussion so that Montana doesn't end up going to Grand Forks 3 years in a row. No shot taken.

Jackson State and Norfolk State. It's my understanding that the MEAC is going from a 9 game mandate to 8, and going from a 11 game schedule to 12. I think this is an absolutely great move.

Every NEC school would have a date open up if Monmouth is taken off the schedule. MU might be allowed to play with the conf for 2013 since the sched is already made and it would just be easier for the other schools, but they def won't get associate status long term.
