Frmr App St QB in CFL

I was watching a CFL game last night between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats when former App St QB Richie Williams came on the field for the Tiger-Cats towards the end of the 4th quarter. He had a few good plays, completed a couple of passes and scrambled making a guy miss (and look like a fool) before getting hammered down to the ground.

Although the Tiger-Cats lost badly, Williams looked right at home in the Hamilton Black and Yellow.

One of Richie's friends and ex-Mountaineer teammates, WR Brandon Turner, happened to be in town visiting Williams when Williams got to play his first game. Still waiting to see DaVon Fowlkes get his first chance to play in the regular season. Hear that the Hamilton GM really likes Fowlkes as a punt returner.
