PHILADELPHIA – Matt Evans (Hanover, Mass.), the most prolific tackler in UNH football history, was named Monday to The Sports Network FCS All-America Team for the second straight year, while Jared Smith (Greencastle, Pa.) was named to the All-America Third Team.
