“I don’t know how long they are going to be out there,” Robinson said. “I (also) fully well understand the recruitment window that we have, I understand fully well that we have to deal with the staff, not just the head coach, but who he may want to keep and who he may not want to keep; all of those kinds of factors.”
Robinson agreed that the hiring process should be done quickly, especially because of the state of limbo the current staff members find themselves in.
“I think it’s important that we consider that (because) there are people’s lives that are going to be impacted by this decision,” he said. “Anything we could do to expedite the matter is beneficial to all parties.”
