Wagner settled for field goals on three of its visits into the red zone and No. 4 Eastern Washington scored the last 15 points of the game to post a 29-19 victory in the NCAA FCS Round of 16. The NEC champion Seahawks opened the game’s scoring on a second-quarter field goal by David Lopez and also held a 19-14 lead late in the third quarter.
