Attachment 1040 (http://www.collegesportingnews.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1040)We are at the second round of the playoffs and one thing is clear to me. The West is best this year. We have exactly half the Division I Championship field remaining coming from the Big Sky, Missouri Valley, and Southland Conferences... and the past two champions have come from the West in Eastern Washington in 2010 and North Dakota State last year.
