#2 is Probably true in a traditional run offense, but GS has a knack for turning the ball over on errant pitches. We're -4 in turnover margin this year I believe.

Some of that had to do with our DL getting some pressure on him and not letting him sit back and get comfortable. But not being able to hit all of those open WR's deep is what hurt UCA more. Can't even keep count the number of open players deep that he didn't even come close to hitting...and from everything I've read and seen about him, that's not typical of him.

Also....we have to look inside and figure out how to close games down. We get up by 2-3 scores and take the foot off the gas. There was nothing different between this game and the App St. game except that ASU was able to execute better.

Smothers was off target much of the day. Many passes were hurried, but many were just overthrown. Too much adrenalin I guess. Our receivers usually don't drop those. This is a great example of why it is so hard to win a playoff game on the road in a tough venue. Lots of pressure.
