PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Old Dominion University sophomore quarterback Taylor Heinicke was named one of three finalists for the Walter Payton Award, as announced Wednesday by The Sports Network. The award is given to the top player in the Football Championship Subdivision and will be awarded in Philadelphia on Monday, Dec. 17.
