Kyle Padron capped a 94-yard Eastern Washington drive with a one-yard run with 1:25 to play, lifting the Eagles to a 41-34 win over Portland State at JELD-WEN Field. The win gives Eastern Washington a share of the Big Sky Conference football championship. Padron was the difference in the game, throwing for 381 yards and two touchdowns, and running for two scores, after coming in relief of starter Vernon Adams in the second quarter.
