Everything I've read says that cycling's testing procedures are set up to minimize false positives. Normal people normally have no more than a 2:1 ratio of testosterone to epi. Yet cycling allows a 4:1 ratio, and Landis had a 11:1 ratio. And several experts have said that the tests that detect synthetic testosterone are extremely accurate.
