JMU & UR effectively eliminated from CAA AQ race by deadline...

CAA forced to use current ELO_Chess instead of recalculating after this weeks games...

I thought the leagues had to submit their AQs by Sunday morning, which would still be possible since Sagarin ranking come out Sunday at 1am.

Either way, someone didn't think through the use of the Elo_Chess I guess.

Lucky for the CAA, it probably won't matter.
