Okay...I'm trying to get a jump on my pick 'em contest (which if you aren't playing involved about 50 posters here and about 15 on CS picking the every AQ/AL)

I'm trying to get a jump on it...but going through it sucks without a list to help me out.

Does anyone have a list of

1. Eliminated teams
2. Conferences with AQ determined - is there any at this point?

I know in the Valley the eliminated teams are:

UNI
SIU
USD
WIU
MSU

I believe all the rest are technically still alive for at large consideration. The MVFC title will be determined in Normal next week between Illinois State and NDSU (I believe).

Liberty is not eliminated. A Flames victory over VMI and a CCU loss to Chuck South hands Liberty the league's auto bid.

Actually three different teams remain alive for the Big South auto bid heading into Sarurday: Coastal, Liberty & Stony Brook.

I assume all Pioneer League teams were eliminated back in September.

If Coastal Wins, they're in. I'll take Liberty off the list in the mean-time.

Not quite. If CCU wins and Liberty loses, CCU loses the 2 team tiebreaker to Stony Brook. If CCU wins, Liberty is out.

Interesting. Thanks for pointing that out, much more complicated than I thought it was. So CCU would need to win AND Liberty would need to win for Coastal to get the AQ.

So who controls their own destiny so-to-speak?

Hmm. I guess it depends on the outcome of the Liberty-VMI game at 1:30. If Liberty wins, Coastal controls its own destiny at 3:30. If VMI wins, Stony Brook gets the AQ.

So VMI controls Stony Brook's destiny.

Liberty controls Coastal's destiny.

Coastal controls its own destiny if Liberty wins.

And Stony Brook just has to watch. xlolx
