That's one of the not so important bowl games games that I watch. I really don't know why, either.

Why is the Big Ten no longer tied-into the bowl? That has always been the poor man's Rose Bowl, especially when the Rose Bowl breaks tradition by inviting Texas, Miami, etc.

Big 12 is enticing with Texas, A&M, Tech, OU, etc. being so close.

I think the "Prodigal Sun Bowl" would be more interesting....;)
