But in truth, very good rundown, and I'm glad it's not the Pards as number one. It will be curious to note that if Saraceno has some bad outings early on, i.e. a disater at UMass.. which doesn't seem far fetched giver 'gates poor starting recrod... could we see Meyers come in at QB and possibly take over?

Yes, I thought there was a Homerish tone to it, but it was really tough not to sound 'rah-rah' Colgate when you're picking them to win it.

Despite his status as last year's first teamer, I personally think that both Maurer and Threatt are better, and, absent injuries, will prove it. There, the gauntlet has been thrown down.
