Fordham University senior kicker Patrick Murray (Mahwah, N.J./Don Bosco Prep) and senior defensive back Brendan Melanophy (Danbury, Conn./Danbury) were named First Team Capital One Academic All-District, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom it was announced today. They will now be placed on the national ballot for Capital One Academic All-America® consideration.
