Senior place kicker Josh Thiel (Leesburg, Va./Heritage) of the Saint Francis University football team accepted an invitation to play in the FCS Senior Scout Bowl. Thiel has connected on 7-of-7 field goals thus far in his senior campaign. The Leesburg, Va. native is 5-of-5 this season and 8-of-9 over the past two seasons from 40 yards or longer. Thiel holds the five longest kicks in school history, including a 50-yarder that he hit this past weekend at CCSU.
