Kenneth Massey has been measuring the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision for years and his strength of schedule ratings are watched by the NCAA. Unlike other popular rating systems like the Sagarins (which incorrectly measures any team that is not D-I), Massey’s ratings contain accurate data for all opponents of FCS teams.
