Also on the team announced Monday are Ohio State junior forward Deshaun Thomas and three guards -- seniors Isaiah Canaan of Murray State and C.J. McCollum of Lehigh and sophomore Trey Burke of Michigan. McCollum and Burke tied for the fifth spot with 16 votes each.

The only guy who might have been previously is Adonal Foyle (Colgate) in the mid to late 1990s.

McCollum is a great player, but I'm unsure he deserves to be a 1st team All-American. (On the flip side, the people who compare him to former Lehigh standout Austin Rowland don't know basketball; McCollum is a much, much better player with a higher basketball IQ.)
