Only 7,757 at Nova for Homecoming. Very disappointing considering how full the tailgate lot and sheehan beach were. But I guess if the alumni didn't care about football when they were here, why start now?

Apparently there were 20,068 at ODU for today's game, but I guess that a significant portion wore the color to be "green screened" as empty bleachers.

Probably the emptiest Foreman Field has ever been ,but nasty weather tends to scare fans away. Don't be so catty considering the amount of fans you brought the game against Delaware State.

We didn't claim that game to be anywhere near a sell out though (I think it was reported at about 18k).

Chattanooga was pumping everyone about a huge crowd for their game with GSU. 8,700 showed up, and a good number of them were GSU fans.

I wonder how many fans would show up for App vs. GSU in Chatty? A lot more than 8700 I suspect.

13,279 at the 'Whee (lots of Black and Gold). Radio said that 8 out of the top 10 WCU crowds were App. St. games.

6,817 at Fisher Stadium for Georgetown-Lafayette.
That was the largest attendance among all five road games this season, even Princeton.

I think a good number from the premium seats (5K), who can go to the beer garden and watch the game out of the rain, were taking advantage of it. Cause that place was packed.

That because your tickets aren't sold out well before the game. We have 14k season ticket holders remember.

I think its quite impressive that people keep showing up for a team that was 2-9 last year and was 2-6 going into this game. Considering we haven't been to the playoffs since 91, I wonder how good our attendance would be if we didn't suck every year.

LOL...no blue screen just 25 - 30 MPH wind gust and 2.5 inches of rain at airport from 1pm-3pm EST ......and Hurricane Sandy touted as the storm of the Century bearing down on the VA coast.
I was at the game.......soaked, cheering shivering..........but stood strong with over 15,000 till the end.

Yes- first time that's happened in Hanover in a while. May have even been higher if the game wasn't on television (which is a topic for another thread).
Pity that the outcome was bad. At least Dartmouth made ESPN's Top 10 plays list that day. :D

Is the "beer garden" part of the stadium, or a bar near by? If it's in the stadium.... hell yes.

A somewhat surprising 10,962 for a 1-6 HC squad hosting Fordham during Family Weekend.....HC has the biggest fan-base potential of any PL school imo.
