BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Samford sophomore safety Jaquiski Tartt has been named to the Watch List for the Buck Buchanan Award, the Sports Network announced on Wednesday. The Buchanan Award goes to the top defensive player in all of Division I-FCS.
