Asst. Coaches...

Just curious on what most schools have as far numbers of asst. coaches and how many full-time coaches you have.

lbany just added two more, to get to 13 and I want to think this is another major step in the right direction (7 of them have recruiting duties, I believe).

13 is a big staff. W&M has 11, not counting the strength and conditioning staff.

Coastal has 10 full-time coaches and 2 grad assistants - not including the strength coaches either. We just added Gary Smallen a couple of months ago.

Not sure about 13 coaches on the Albany staff.... Hafley is gone (he went to Pitt) and I believe Roeder and Parks are gone as well.

That makes more sense...havent been in contact for a few weeks, and when i saw the website, plus the new hires, I figured it was current.

Still, 10-11 is a major step up from where we used to be.

Jeff Hafley is now a GA at Pitt.
Ryan Roeder is a GA at Temple, and
Dave Parks is the Offensive Coordinator at St. John Fisher (NY-DIII).
