NORFOLK, Va. – Savannah State junior Simon Heyward was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Football Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. This is the first MEAC Football Offensive Player of the Week award for Savannah State.
