Tennessee Tech: Black uniforms, fans in black, free shirts planned for Blackout Satur

The team will be decked out in all-black uniforms, fans are encouraged to wear black, and the first 2,500 fans receive a free tee shirt Saturday night when Tennessee Tech hosts the first-ever Golden Eagle Blackout in Tucker Stadium.
