An awesome and class act move for Coach Ayers and the Team to assemble at mid-field as Southern Pride played the Alma Mater. We all know how good Coach Ayers is his discipline of his Team but this shows how he instills his traits in his team members.

Again, thanks to Coach Ayers and Wofford for this respectful gesture.

The previous visitor to Paulson wasn't so respectful.

Thanks. Mike Ayers expects classy behavior and won't tolerate anything less.

Unfortunately, there are some here who seem to equate our class with weakness, calling us Ned Flanders and such. I bet they are the same ones who are real asshats when they visit you.

Class is FAR from weakness. That was a great gesture.

It's ok. It needed to be spread. You don't see this much any more in sports with the me first attitudes

After a VMI home game, when the team gathers by the Corps for the "VMI Doxology", few opponents save for The Citadel stand quietly in a group like Wofford did..

I'd like to second what's been said here. I'm a longtime GSU fan and Wofford is one of the real class acts in college football. I wish there were more like you... but not necessarily that play as well as you always do!

Wofford has always had some of the best fans in the SoCon. I always love visiting Gibbs, great stadium!

Kudos again on the great game Saturday night. It took 2-3 years off my life ;-)
