Bruce Sutter, who pitched 12 seasons for the Cubs, Cardinals and Braves, was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday, making him the first pure reliever to be so honored. Sutter was 68-71 and saved 300 games in 661 appearances, all in relief. Of the Hall of Fame pitchers who played in the major leagues, who previously had the fewest number of starts?
