ITHACA, N.Y. – Offense was the word of the day, as the Big Red football team won a shootout, 41-38, over visiting Monmouth in a contest that saw the two squads combine for nearly 1,200 yards of total offense. Luke Tasker was the star of the day for Cornell, setting the Cornell single-game mark with 280 receiving yards, while senior quarterback Chris Amrhein threw for 523 yards in his first career start.
