Corey Roberts may not make the Colts this go around, but he's already impressed since he's been on board. Hopefully, he'll catch a few eyes around the league and join fellow Bearkats Josh McCown and Keith Heinrich as full-time players in the NFL...
TIGHT ENDS: Starter — Dallas Clark. Backups — Bryan Fletcher, Ben Hartstock, Joey Hawkins, Corey Roberts, Ben Utecht.
Indianapolis is deep at the tight end position. Clark is the starter and will have plenty of help with the likes of Fletcher, Utecht and Hartstock.
Fletcher and Utecht provided most of the depth at tight end a year ago, although Hartstock was able to dent the lineup on occasion. Hawkins was in the Colts’ training camp a year ago and returns as a 6-foot-9, 252-pound project.
Roberts, an undrafted player from Sam Houston State, opened some eyes during the team’s spring and summer workouts and he will provide a big target as well at 6-6, 243 pounds.
