While checking for football news on atlantic10.org (http://www.atlantic10.org/), I discovered that Duquesne has just taken on a new logo.

I like it but is it really that much better than the traditionally scripted D it was using before?

Personally, I like it and I think they did a GREAT job incorporating the script "D" into the new logo.

Hmm... quite classy, I like... now Duquesne should work on enrolling in a new football conference...

That new logo got me thinking that the Old English 'D' stands for Dracula. That's one weird logo. Lugosi's estate and Universal Studios will probably sue.

I really can't tell if you're being serious or not, but I laughed all the same!

Very cool - all the elements of a successful contemporary logo package. Sorta looks like Wake's Demon Deacon with WKU's towel around his neck, but uniqueness isn't as important as having an updated look.

I don't know why the Dukes' new mascot was filmed up at Colgate, but...

I like it! But it kinda reminds me of Jack the Ripper for some reason too! that was not an attempt at smack for those that might think the contrary!

My first thought was Dr. Jekyll's alter ego - Mr. Hyde. Along the same lines... :)

I like the new logo; it kinda reminds me of the Providence logo.

There's only an hour in travel difference between Youngstown and Pittsburgh, Hmmm..... But the lack of scholarships makes these schools, and other possible conference members, seem a lot further apart.

Weird but not very original, is that not the exact same script as the DEEtroit tigers logo?
