ORANGEBURG, SC-- The South Carolina State Bulldogs (1-3 overall, 0-1 MEAC) will be looking to snap a three-game losing streak when they host visting defending MEAC Champion Norfolk State Spartans (2-2 overall, 0-1 MEAC) in a pivotal conference clashing , Saturday at O.C. Dawson Stadium. Kick-off is set for 2 p.m.
